Our V-bottom 96 well plates have a total volume of 330 µl and a recommended working volume of up to 75 to 200 µl.  They conform to standard microplate footprints and dimensions.  The plates are specially processed to retain precipitated DNA.  DNA which is precipitated at low speed (1500 x g) with the aid of Quick-Precip™ or Quick-Precip™ Plus Solution, adheres aggressively to the bottom of these plates and will not be dislodged with normal washing and handling.
