AutoDTR™ 96 is a rapid and automatable purification system for sequencing reaction cleanup.  AutoDTR™ 96 is ideal for processing low volume reactions with extremely diluted amounts of BigDye® Terminator chemistry.  A proprietary surface-modified plate selectively binds DNA to the surface of the wells allowing for efficient removal of dNTPs, salts, excess dye terminators, and other reaction contaminants.  Protocol overview
