EdgeBio provides a comprehensive start-to-finish solution for all your transcriptome and RNA sequencing needs.  We leverage the Ambion Total RNA-Seq kit kit for isolation, sequencing via six Life Technologies SOLiD4 NextGen sequencers, and fully automated LIMS and bioinformatic pipelines. All to provide high quality data with very little delay. Our system also allows for conservation of strandedness of cDNA, allowing you to discern between overlapping RNAs transcribed from the sense or antisense strand and multiplexing/sequencing of multiple RNA libraries simultaneously, reducing the cost of analysis per sample.
