EdgeBio customers in the U.S. may order online, or by e-mail, phone or fax.

International customers should order directly from one of our International Distributors who will provide shipping, pricing, return and other terms and policies. International customers without an EdgeBio Distributor in their country should follow the ordering information below for U.S. customers.

Phone, fax and email orders
To expedite your order, please complete the EdgeBio order form then contact us via your preferred method. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Time (US).

Accepted methods of payment
EdgeBio accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, wire transfer (or EFT), check, or money orders. Purchase orders are accepted from (U.S. only) companies that have a current credit application on file with us. If you are unsure whether we have a credit application on file for your company, please call us at 800-326-2685.
